Welcome to Autoshoot.ai ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered fashion photography platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. We recommend that you also review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When creating an account:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We use Clerk for authentication services. By creating an account, you also agree to Clerk's terms of service.

Autoshoot.ai provides an AI-powered fashion photography platform that allows you to:

• Upload product images (clothing, accessories, etc.)
• Generate professional fashion photography using AI models and backgrounds
• Create flatlay product shots and on-model photography
• Download and use generated images for commercial purposes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate AI images. Different operations may consume different amounts of credits.

Purchasing Credits

• Credits can be purchased through our payment provider, Polar
• Your email address used for payment must match your Autoshoot.ai account email for credits to be applied
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Credit Expiration

Credits never expire. Once purchased, your credits remain in your account indefinitely.

Refund Policy

We offer full refunds for unused credits within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team at ceo@autoshootai.com. Partially used credit packs are not eligible for refunds.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, generate, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate images depicting real individuals without their consent
• Create deepfakes or deceptive content intended to mislead
• Upload content containing nudity, violence, or explicit material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission
• Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the product images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-Generated Images

You own the AI-generated images created through our Service. You are granted full commercial rights to use, modify, and distribute these images for your business purposes.

Our Property

The Service, including our website, AI models, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Autoshoot.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service.

AI Training

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models. Your individual product images will not be used to train AI models without your explicit consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Generated images will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Unused credits will be forfeited upon account termination unless you request a refund within the eligible period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. We will attempt to provide notice before termination except in cases of severe violations.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your uploaded content and generated images after a reasonable retention period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

For significant changes, we will also send an email notification to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
